Definitions and Interpretation

"ku9vip", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the ku9vip platform and its operators. "You" and "your" refer to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the ku9vip platform in any capacity. "Platform" means the ku9vip website accessible at ku9vip.ws, including all games, betting products, account management tools, and related services. "Account" means the personal registered account created by an eligible user on the platform. "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, free bet tokens, or other incentive amounts credited to your account by ku9vip. "Real Money Funds" means deposits made from your own personal funds via an accepted payment method. "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

In these Terms & Conditions, the singular includes the plural and vice versa. Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to "days" mean calendar days in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) unless otherwise specified.

Eligibility and Account Registration

The ku9vip platform is strictly intended for players who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. ku9vip reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or director of ku9vip, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You do not already hold an existing ku9vip account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• The deposit and withdrawal of funds through your account does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. ku9vip is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. You consent to ku9vip verifying the information you provide, including through third-party identity verification services where applicable.

Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ku9vip account credentials, including your username, password, and any security PIN or two-factor authentication details. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person under any circumstances, including to ku9vip support staff. ku9vip support agents will never ask for your password.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ku9vip support immediately at [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to assist, but we cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost as a result of unauthorised access where the breach of security resulted from your own failure to maintain adequate credential security.

You must not allow any other person to use your ku9vip account. Permitting third-party access to your account — including for the purpose of placing bets on your behalf — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

ku9vip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits and withdrawals on the ku9vip platform are transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to you within your account dashboard or upon request to support.

Deposit Conditions

• You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you and originate from a payment source registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment credentials will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
• ku9vip does not accept deposits made on behalf of a third party under any circumstances.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation from your payment provider.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment account that is registered in the same name as your ku9vip account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or at any point at ku9vip's discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account review.
• Withdrawals of Real Money Funds not subject to active wagering requirements are ordinarily processed within one business day. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• ku9vip reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of standard security and fraud checks. We will notify you promptly if such a review is initiated.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ku9vip may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to registered players. The specific terms of each promotion — including the bonus amount, wagering requirement, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, maximum bet per round while a wagering requirement is active, and expiry date — will be stated clearly at the point where you are invited to opt in to that promotion.

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all ku9vip promotions:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• While a wagering requirement is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per sports market stake is ৳500, unless a higher limit is specified in the promotion-specific terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit during an active wagering requirement may be voided at ku9vip's discretion.
• Bonuses are credited in Bonus Funds form. Real Money Funds are used first in normal gameplay; Bonus Funds are used thereafter.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings accrued from them will expire and be forfeited if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the time period specified in the promotion.
• ku9vip reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after you have already opted in, any Bonus Funds already credited to your account will remain subject to the originally stated terms.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, coordinated bonus claiming between multiple players, or employing betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Fair Play

All casino games available on the ku9vip platform operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems supplied by our licensed game providers, which include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. The outcome of every game round is determined independently and cannot be influenced by ku9vip, the game provider, or any player.

Sports betting markets are offered subject to the rules of the relevant competition and governing body, including the ICC, FIFA, BPL, and IPL among others. Settlement of sports bets will follow the official result as declared by the relevant competition authority. In cases of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, market-specific settlement rules apply and will be communicated within the relevant betting market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that artificially interacts with the platform on your behalf.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, miscalculated odds, or any other technical fault in your favour. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a platform error are void and will be recovered.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker-style or live dealer table games.
• Any form of match-fixing, inside information usage, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate market outcomes.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith after a genuine transaction has been completed on the platform.

Responsible Gaming

ku9vip is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All players aged 21 and above are encouraged to set personal limits on their deposit, loss, and session activity from within their account settings. These tools are available at no cost and take effect immediately upon activation.

If you wish to take a temporary break from the platform, you may activate a cool-off period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. If you wish to stop using the platform entirely, a permanent self-exclusion option is available. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period, and ku9vip will take all reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing or creating a new account during that time.

Account Suspension and Termination

ku9vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct connected to the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute that has not been resolved in ku9vip's favour.
• Operation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by you, any Real Money Funds balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where ku9vip closes an account for operational reasons unrelated to any breach by you, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any verified Real Money Funds balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method.

Limitation of Liability

The ku9vip platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we do not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from technical faults, interruptions, or data transmission errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku9vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether ku9vip had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ku9vip's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

ku9vip reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page. We may also notify registered players of significant changes via the email address associated with their account or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the ku9vip platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Article 8.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the ku9vip platform operator's jurisdiction of incorporation. ku9vip makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, you may request escalation to a senior review process by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute". ku9vip will respond to formally escalated disputes within ten business days.
